The Hooksett Memorial K Kids, sponsored by Hooksett Kiwanis, recently held a very successful Book Drive. They promoted it at the Memorial school, with posters and several promotional announcements. Books were collected at the school as well as at the Merrimack County Savings Bank and Barrett Insurance. They were able to collect more than 500 books. The books along with a handmade bookcase, made by Matt Barrett, were donated to Elliot Pediatric Office in Hooksett. The books can be enjoyed while children are visiting the office and can also be taken home by Pediatric Patients.
