The Kiwanis Club of Hooksett is very involved in this annual community-wide event. In 2024 the Winter Carnival moved to the Hooksett Memorial School on Saturday, January 27th, affording more space and accommodations for both visitors and vendors.
Other community groups involved in the Winter Carnival include The Hooksett Chamber, Fellowship Church, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Rotary, Hooksett Fire Department and Hooksett Police Department.
