Dear Kiwanians and Community,

As we welcome the arrival of spring, there is a renewed sense of energy and possibility all around us. The longer days and warmer weather remind us that growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings are not just part of the season — they are part of the spirit of Kiwanis.
Spring is a time when our community comes back to life, and so does our work. From upcoming events and service projects to supporting our youth and Student Leadership Programs, this season gives us so many opportunities to make a meaningful impact right here in our town.
I encourage each of you to continue sharing the story of Kiwanis with those around you — friends, family, and neighbors. The more we connect and invite others into our mission, the stronger our impact becomes. Every conversation, every project, and every act of service helps grow the kindness and support that defines our club.
As we celebrate this season of renewal, I also want to wish each of you a Happy Easter. May it bring you the blessings of family, friends, and neighbors, and moments of joy, peace, and togetherness.
Thank you for all you do to serve our community, and for the heart you bring to Kiwanis each day. I look forward to all we will accomplish together this spring.
With appreciation and springtime spirit, Carrie M. Hyde President, Hooksett Kiwanis

📋 About the Annual Meeting — May 13 This is an important evening for our club as we gather to vote on key items for our membership. We also encourage anyone who has considered getting more involved to think about serving on the Board or stepping into a Leadership role which follows a multi-year progression → President-Elect → President → Immediate Past President. This structure provides continuity, support, and strong leadership for the club.
Serving on the board is a great way to have a voice in shaping the future of Hooksett Kiwanis and expanding our impact in the community. If you are curious to learn more but not quite ready to commit, members are always welcome to sit in on a board meeting — typically held via Zoom.

Committee Opportunities There are many ways to get involved, from open committee chair positions to one-time volunteer opportunities. We encourage all members to connect with committee leaders to find ways to share their time and talents in support of our community. Clubs do not thrive without volunteers — even a little effort from many goes a long way.
